Our founder, Khine, is a woman of many chapters. A graduate of the National University of Singapore (NUS) with an Electrical Engineering degree, Khine’s career began in the world of precision and logic. However, her entrepreneurial spirit soon led her to a different path: the culinary world. As an ex-engineer turned successful hawker, she founded the beloved Xiao Mei Ban Mian noodle stall food chain in Singapore, earning widespread media recognition for her dedication to quality and service. Khine’s journey as an entrepreneur has been recognized across various media platforms, highlighting her commitment to excellence and innovation.
