7-Day Returns

For all online purchases, we offer a "no questions asked" return policy. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Eligibility: This policy applies exclusively to online purchases.

• Exclusions: This policy is not applicable to customized or bespoke jewelry pieces, nor does it apply to any purchases made in-person at our physical locations.

• Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original, unworn, and pristine condition, including all original packaging and accompanying certification.

Returns Process

• Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage to our Singapore address.

• Refund Initiation: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

• Fees and Adjustments: Please note that any applicable credit card processing fees incurred during the original transaction will be deducted from your total refund amount. Additionally, please be aware that fluctuations in currency exchange rates may affect the final amount received in your account.

Exchanges and Trade-ins

• No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for your original purchase and place a new order.

• No Trade-ins: We do not accept trade-ins for any of our items.
